I have the honour to transmit

to you the accompanying copy of a letter

from the Foreign Office regarding the

shipment of seven crank shafts and two

boxes of bolts for the Hong Kong and

Whampoa Dock Company, and to request

that these goods may be admitted into

the Colony without the production of a

certificate of origin.

course of the name of the ship by which

the goods will be sent and its date of
